Wedding: Chris & Edric

Ceremony: Grace United Methodist Church — St. Augustine, FL
Reception: The Palencia Club
Makeup: Jackie Neal
Hair: Anjeza
Coordinator: Flaire Weddings

Chris and Edric are such a beautiful couple. The camera really loved these two. Chris was absolutely stunning and Edric wasn’t too shabby either.

I was concerned about the weather but we just made it before a huge storm came as we were finishing our post-ceremony pictures. I had my camera in one hand, an umbrella in the other, and gust of wind turned the umbrella inside-out as I was trying to get a picture of them leaving for the reception. Chris said to me, “Too bad nobody got a picture of that!”

Thanks again, Chris and Edric. You two are why I love what I do!

Wedding: Zirah & Mike

CeremonyHistoric St. Joseph’s Church
Reception: The Florida Yacht Club

Zirah & Mike had a lovely ceremony at the Historic St. Joseph’s Church. The ceremony was touching and humorous. The priest admitted half-jokingly to having a crush on Zirah but let Mike marry her anyway.

They are a smart, cool couple and I’m glad I had the opportunity to get to know them.

Engagement Shoot: Courtney & Seth

Courtney and Seth are a rare thing: they are natives of Jacksonville. Their wedding is next month and I know it’s going to be fun because Seth had me laughing the whole time as we shot around the San Marco Square.

See you two in March!

Wedding: Mary Kay & Michael

Ceremony: Christian Family Chapel — Jacksonville, FL
Reception: Le Jardin on Park — Riverside

You may remember the couple that had the story straight out of a romantic comedy and let me do their Engagement Shoot in the airplane graveyard, Michael & Mary Kay.

Michael’s military commitments forced them to move their date at the last minute from Spring 2008 up to December 2007. Mary Kay was able to roll with the changes and was able to pull off a fabulous wedding and reception.
