From PoseWell: Bridgham in my new studio

For those of you that don’t know, I have a commercial website and blog for my work with models, actors, musicians, and personalities: PoseWell.com.

I usually don’t post commercial images here but I just shot these earlier this evening in my new studio. I’m really excited to have such a great space!

Comp Card: Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a model I recently photographed. She was up from Gainesville to update her pictures and get a new comp card.

She did a great job in front of the camera. The hardest part of the whole shoot was deciding which images to use for her card.

Thanks again to Jackie Neal for the great makeup work!

I’m torn between the black & white and color image above. Which one do you prefer?

More from the Location Shoot: Kelsey Markey

Like some of my other clients, Kelsey has been drawing the interest of talent agencies. She sent her comp cards out on a Monday and two days later got calls back from Next Models and Mega Models Miami!

Here’s her comp card that I shot in April.

Shots from the Location Shoot: Christina Burns

Congratulations to Christina Burns for signing with First Coast Talent! She recently booked a couple of television commercials.

She told me that the agency liked her headshots and that was the reason they called her back. Here’s a web-sized version of the headshot I took of her a while back.

Comp Card Shoot: Chris W Joseph

Chris W Joseph is a model that I shot a couple weeks ago.

All aspiring models could take a lesson from Chris: He was very professional and brought enough clothing and accessories to cover his markets — business, lifestyle, athletic, and fashion — which allowed us to create a nice mixture of images for his new comp card.

Images from the Location Shoot

I held a Location Shoot on January 6, 2007 at the Seawalk Hotel in Jacksonville Beach for up-and-coming models looking to build their portfolios with pictures at an awesome location. I had the help of the amazing make-up artist Jackie Neal.

I know quite a few people were interested but couldn’t make the dates for the first shoot, so I’m planning the next one for some time in the near future. If you’re interested let me know by sending an email to me: agnes@agneslopez.com.

Here are some pictures of Kayla, one of the models who really did an awesome job in front of the camera for her first test shoot!

Bridal Fashion: Desiree

Special thanks to Paul DeLand from DeLand Entertainment / A Day To Remember Weddings & More for providing the beautiful wedding dress and accessories for the shoot.

Hair & Make-up: Jackie Neal.
Model: Desiree

Fashion: Tiffany Bass

Agnes photographed Tiffany Bass on Friday.

Here are some images from the location shoot.

Fashion Archive: Jana Ngyova

Here are some more images from the fashion/comp card archives:

Jana was a great model and a good example of how having the combination of a good subject and a good make-up artist can really make a shoot go well.

For the pictures below, Agnes did virtually no retouching on Jana’s skin! Makeup by Jackie Neal.
