She is a classic beauty and I just love the shots we did in the studio.

Since Ashley married Chris over the weekend I’m finally able to post some images from her bridal shoot a few weeks ago at the place of their reception, Epping Forest Yacht Club.
When she got in front of the camera she totally lit up. She absolutely radiated!

The Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA), an International, membership-based organization, represents professional photographers skilled in the documentation of weddings and events in a candid, unobtrusive style. The membership base stretches all the way across the US out to Australia and South Africa and the competition is very tough. I’m so happy my images placed in the most recent WPJA contests.

Within the first five minutes I knew we had the shot. Vy looked absolutely stunning in her bridal shoot.
Her dress is really something amazing. It’s a custom-made silk shantung gown with silk charmeuse lining, hand-sewn metallic trim, individually set metallic rhinestones, and a detachable train.
The best part about it is Vy’s mother, Hanh Nguyen, made all of it. It helps that Vy’s mother has been making dresses professionally for many years and she’s made dresses for Dancing with the Stars!
